Remaining 60 degree rigidity on parts plays an important role in keeping them from being abraded. With anodic oxidation method, oxide film reaches the thickness up to 0.2mm and has rust protection and anti-oxidative functions. Attached to various colors,  anodic oxidation can be made many different colors for surface of parts such as light black, muted black, golden yellow, blue and etc. Bright black is common 1 required for instruments and apparatus as well as mechanical equipments. Muted black is 1 color frequently used for optical instruments, film and television equipments and medical instruments and apparatus. Palm print apparatus consists of precision parts of aluminum alloy which are CZPT blasting and anodic oxidation featuring muted color which is not reflective and no disturbance caused.
